TSSP Series - Metric & BSP/Gas Positive Sealing Threaded Plugs
Features:
- The double sealing ring design on the underside of the flange provides a positive seal
- Design includes five complete threads for a secure fit

(10)Designed for protection of 37º flared fittings and straight-threaded ports, series ASP plugs have a nose section that seals on flared fittings without a gasket. The optional ASP-GN series has an added neoprene shoulder gasket for low-pressure sealing of threaded ports. Special gaskets are also available in Butyl or Buna N rubber.

ADP Series - Threaded Aluminum Plugs for Flareless Tube and Hose Assemblies
Series ADP Plugs have a dimpled nose section that forms a low pressure seal with flareless tube ends. The addition of a neoprene shoulder gasket enables the ADP-GN to provide a positive seal on the spot face of the O-ring port. Gaskets are also optionally available in Butyl or Buna N rubber.

GP Series/Heavy Duty - Non-Threaded Tapered Dual Function Plastic Caps and Plugs
Features:
- Heavy-duty design includes a rugged wall and seal rings for maximum protection.
- The tapered design allows the part to plug multiple inner diameters or cap multiple outside diameters.
- Plug dimension “A” should be approximately 1% larger than the inner diameter of the part. Minimum of .020”.
- Cap dimension “E” should be approximately 1% smaller that the outside diameter of the part. Minimum of .020”.

- Protects against damage, dirt, moisture, and corrosion during storage and shipping.
- The tapered design allows the part to plug multiple inner diameters or cap multiple outside diameters.
- Plug dimension “A” should be approximately 1% larger than the inner diameter of the part. Minimum of .020”.
- Cap dimension “E” should be approximately 1% smaller that the outside diameter of the part. Minimum of .020”.
